These policies are intended to ensure clarity, consistency, and a high-quality professional learning experience, while providing PBGI the operational flexibility required to deliver contemporary, relevant, and globally benchmarked programs.

1. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All course materials, frameworks, presentations, recordings, assessments, and documentation provided by PBGI are protected intellectual property.

Participants may use materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, recording, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Program Format & Delivery Model

Programs may be delivered through live virtual sessions, classroom training, hybrid formats, or self-paced modules, as specified at the time of enrollment.

PBGI reserves the right to modify session schedules, faculty assignments, or delivery modes while maintaining learning outcomes.

3. Assessment, Certification & Reattempt Policy

Certification is subject to:

  • Attendance requirements
  • Completion of assessments and assignments
  • Demonstration of learning outcomes as defined for each program

Reattempts, if permitted, may be subject to additional terms or fees.

4. Certification & Verification

Certificates issued by PBGI are awarded based on successful program completion and internal evaluation standards.

Verification requests from employers or third parties may be processed upon formal request, subject to applicable verification protocols.

5. No Guarantee Disclaimer

PBGI does not guarantee:

  • Promotions, salary increases, job placements, or career outcomes
  • Specific organizational or business results from program participation

Programs are designed to enhance capability, insight, and professional judgment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PBGI Business Consulting Private Limited (“PBGI”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from participation in its programs, consulting engagements, or services, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, revenue, employment outcomes, promotion, compensation, or anticipated benefits.

PBGI’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the fees actually paid by the participant or client for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Course Access, Validity & Extensions

Access duration for learning platforms and materials is defined per program.

Extensions, if requested, may be granted at PBGI’s discretion and may involve additional fees.

8. Fees, Payment, Refund & Transfer Policy

All fees are payable as per communicated schedules.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced
  • Transfers or substitutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Administrative charges may apply

9. Deferral, Discontinuation & Continuation

Participants unable to continue due to genuine reasons may request deferral, subject to approval.

PBGI reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s enrollment in cases of policy violations or non-compliance.

10. Curriculum & Content Disclaimer

Program content may evolve to reflect:

  • Industry trends
  • Regulatory updates
  • Faculty expertise and learning design improvements

Such updates do not materially alter the program’s learning intent.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Vadodara, India.
