PBGI Business Consulting Private Limited shall not be held liable for any failure, delay,
modification, or disruption in the delivery of programs, services, or commitments arising
from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Government actions, regulatory restrictions, lockdowns, or policy changes
- War, civil unrest, strikes, or public disturbances
- Power failures, internet disruptions, cyber-attack(s), technology platform outages
- Any unforeseen circumstances impacting faculty availability or operational continuity
1. Business Continuity Approach
In the event of a Force Majeure situation, PBGI will make reasonable efforts to:
- Reschedule sessions or assessments
- Modify delivery formats (e.g., shift from classroom to online)
- Provide alternative learning arrangements where feasible
2. No Automatic Refund Obligation
Force Majeure Events shall not automatically entitle participants to refunds. Any
adjustments, credits, deferrals, or alternative arrangements will be determined by
PBGI on a case-by-case basis, considering feasibility and fairness.
3. Preservation of Institutional Integrity
This clause ensures continuity of learning while safeguarding academic quality,
participant interests, and institutional sustainability.
This clause reflects PBGI’s commitment to continuity, fairness, and responsible
decision-making during extraordinary circumstances, while preserving the integrity
of programs and participant learning outcomes.
