PBGI Business Consulting Private Limited (“PBGI”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct, professional integrity, mutual respect, and responsible leadership across all consulting, training, executive education, and certification-related engagements.

This Code applies to all participants, faculty members, guest speakers, mentors, corporate nominees, partners, and representatives engaged with PBGI programs, whether delivered online, hybrid, or in-person.

1. Purpose & Applicability

PBGI Business Consulting Private Limited (“PBGI”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct, professional integrity, mutual respect, and responsible leadership across all consulting, training, executive education, and certification-related engagements.

This Code applies to all participants, faculty members, guest speakers, mentors, corporate nominees, partners, and representatives engaged with PBGI programs, whether delivered online, hybrid, or in-person.

2. Professional Conduct & Behaviour

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects professionalism, maturity, and respect for diverse perspectives.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or offensive conduct of any kind
  • Disruptive behaviour during sessions, discussions, assessments, or collaborative activities
  • Use of abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate language in verbal or written form
  • Any conduct that undermines the learning environment or institutional reputation

3. Academic Integrity & Fair Participation

Participants must adhere to principles of honesty and integrity in all academic and assessment-related activities.

This includes:

  • Independent completion of assignments and assessments unless collaboration is explicitly permitted
  • Prohibition of plagiarism, impersonation, misrepresentation, or use of unfair means
  • Respect for intellectual property belonging to PBGI, faculty, and fellow participants

4. Respect for Faculty, Staff & Fellow Participants

PBGI fosters a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. Participants are expected to:

  • Respect faculty guidance, facilitation styles, and academic decisions
  • Engage constructively with peers across functions, industries, and geographies
  • Accept feedback in a professional and growth-oriented manner

5. Confidentiality & Responsible Use of Information

Participants may gain access to confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information during programs, including case discussions, peer experiences, or organizational insights.

Such information must:

  • Be used solely for learning purposes
  • Not be disclosed, recorded, distributed, or misused without explicit authorization

6. Digital & Online Conduct

For virtual or hybrid programs:

  • Participants must maintain decorum during live sessions, forums, and digital platforms
  • Unauthorized recording, sharing, or redistribution of sessions or materials is prohibited
  • Any misuse of digital platforms may result in disciplinary action

7. Violations & Disciplinary Action

Violation of this Code may result in one or more of the following actions, at PBGI’s discretion:

  • Formal warning
  • Suspension from sessions or assessments
  • Withholding of certification
  • Termination of participation without refund
  • Permanent restriction from future programs

8. Commitment to Ethical Learning

This Code reflects PBGI’s commitment to ethical leadership, professional excellence, and a respectful learning ecosystem. Compliance with this Code is a condition of participation in all PBGI engagements.

This Code is intended to foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-trust learning environment. PBGI values diversity of thought, background, and experience, and expects all participants to engage with professionalism, mutual respect, and a shared responsibility for collective learning excellence.
