No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

2. Access to Programs & Services

Access to PBGI programs and services may be provided through:

  • Video conferencing tools
  • Designated digital channels

Access timelines may vary by program and will be communicated at or prior to program commencement.

Once access credentials, links, or materials are shared, delivery shall be deemed to have commenced.

PBGI shall not be responsible for access issues arising from participant-side technical limitations.
