This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational clarity while enabling PBGI to deliver high-quality, cohort-based professional learning experiences aligned with global executive education standards.

1. Nature of Offerings

All PBGI programs and services are digitally delivered and may involve:

  • Immediate or scheduled platform access
  • Reserved seats in cohort-based or live programs
  • Faculty time, instructional design, and learning resources

Accordingly, once access is granted or a seat is reserved, the service is considered to have commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if any, are governed by the following principles:

Before access is granted:

Refund requests may be considered, subject to administrative deductions, only if explicitly permitted for the specific program and requested within the communicated eligibility window.

After access is granted or program commencement:

No refunds shall be provided once:

  • Login credentials or platform access are issued, or
  • Live sessions or program activities have commenced, or
  • Program materials or resources have been made available

This is due to the irreversible nature of digital access and seat allocation.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued for:

  • Non-attendance or partial attendance
  • Personal schedule changes, employment changes, or availability constraints
  • Technical issues on the participant’s side (internet, device, time zone)
  • Perceived outcomes, career progression, or business impact

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as duplicate payment or demonstrable administrative error solely attributable to PBGI, an appropriate resolution may be considered at PBGI’s discretion.

5. Payment Gateway Compliance

This policy is published in accordance with the requirements of Indian and international payment gateways and card networks and shall be binding upon successful completion of payment.
