PBGI reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to program schedules, delivery formats, faculty assignments, or learning modalities due to operational, regulatory, or Force Majeure circumstances, while maintaining the intended learning objectives and academic integrity of the program.
All participants are expected to adhere to PBGI’s Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct. Behaviour that is unprofessional, discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive—whether observed or formally reported—may, after due review, result in suspension or termination of participation and access to program resources, without entitlement to a refund.
Program fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in published policies. In exceptional and genuine circumstances, PBGI may, at its discretion, offer deferral, rescheduling, extensions, or alternative learning formats, subject to applicable administrative conditions.
Personal and professional information is collected and used solely for program administration, learning delivery, participant communication, certification (where applicable), and internal quality improvement, in accordance with PBGI’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
By registering, participants confirm that they have reviewed and agree to PBGI’s Privacy Policy, Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct, Force Majeure & Business Continuity Clause, and the applicable Academic, Program & Participant Policies, which together constitute PBGI’s participant framework.
