Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the PBGI Alumni Network.

Who is eligible for PBGI Alumni status?

PBGI Alumni status is extended to professionals who have successfully completed a PBGI programme across online, hybrid, classroom, in-company or executive formats.

This includes participants from leadership programmes, domain-specialised certifications, corporate engagements and long-term learning initiatives delivered by PBGI.

If you are unsure about your eligibility, you may contact the PBGI Alumni Relations team for verification.

What does being part of the PBGI Alumni Network offer?

The PBGI Alumni Network provides continued access to professional engagement, leadership dialogue and learning opportunities beyond programme completion.

Alumni benefit from:

  • Invitations to alumni events, forums and executive conversations
  • Access to curated lifelong learning sessions and knowledge exchanges
  • Opportunities to participate in impact initiatives and recognition platforms
  • Continued connection with faculty, peers and industry leaders

The network is designed to support career progression, leadership readiness and business relevance over the long term.

Can non-alumni participate in alumni activities?

Certain alumni initiatives — such as public webinars, industry events and PBGI Impact Challenges & Awards — may be open to select non-alumni professionals or organisations.

These engagements allow aspirants to experience the PBGI ecosystem while maintaining alumni as the core community.

What alumni events can I participate in?

PBGI alumni are invited to a range of engagements, including:

  • Alumni reunions
  • Executive forums
  • Masterclasses
  • Industry events
  • PBGI Impact Challenges

Event access may vary by format and theme. Details are communicated through official alumni channels.

What are PBGI Impact Challenges & Awards?

PBGI Impact Challenges & Awards recognise professionals and organisations demonstrating applied leadership and measurable business outcomes.

Submissions may be individual, team-based or organisation-led and are reviewed by a PBGI expert panel comprising faculty and practitioners. Selected initiatives are showcased through PBGI platforms and alumni forums.

Are alumni events and initiatives paid?

Many alumni engagements are complimentary. Certain specialised forums, masterclasses or partner-led initiatives may involve a participation fee, which is communicated in advance.

Can alumni contribute as speakers, mentors or panel members?

Yes. Alumni are encouraged to contribute by sharing leadership experiences, participating in panels, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives, or engaging in mentoring formats.

Participation is based on relevance, experience and alignment with the engagement theme.

What lifelong learning opportunities are available to alumni?

PBGI alumni have access to ongoing learning through curated webinars, advanced executive programmes, and leadership forums.

These offerings are designed to keep alumni aligned with evolving business, leadership and industry realities.

How can alumni stay informed about activities and opportunities?

Updates are shared through alumni email communications, event invitations, and PBGI digital platforms (expanded access planned in future phases).
